This FOIA request demanded the 2022 Grand List in its native digital format (Excel/CSV) to track tax burden shifts prior to the town-wide revaluation. Despite being cited with C.G.S. § 1-212(b), which mandates electronic delivery of electronic records, the Assessor's Office refused the compliance deadline, citing "tax billing" delays, and demanded a physical vault inspection of paper books.
